We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. Below we provide detailed information on the handling of your data on our websites (www.interfilter.store, www.interfilter.de, www.filtrotech.de) and on eBay and Amazon.

2. Sales Platforms (eBay & Amazon)

When you order via eBay or Amazon, we receive your data (name, address, order details) from the respective platform. The platform operators are responsible for the data processing within their systems. Please refer to their privacy policies for details.

3. Hosting and Technical Infrastructure

a) IONOS: We use IONOS SE for email and SQL databases (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).
b) All-Inkl / KAS: Our shop is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM. Support is provided by the agency "Made in Dortmund". Data Processing Agreements (DPA) are in place.

4. Inventory Management and eazyAuction

For all orders (Shop, eBay, Amazon), we use the JTL-Wawi system. We use JTL-eazyAuction to transfer order data from eBay and Amazon. Processing is for contract fulfillment (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR).

5. Consent Management

In our JTL-Shop, we use the "EU Cookie" plugin from Webstollen. This tool manages your consents for tracking and cookies according to Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR and § 25 TDDDG.

6. Payment Providers

a) PayPal Checkout: We use PayPal Checkout (PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Data is transferred for payment processing (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR).
b) Amazon Pay: Processing is handled via Amazon Payments Europe s.c.a. (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR).

7. Google Services

a) Google Analytics 4 (GA4): Used for analysis only with your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). IP addresses are anonymized.
b) Google Ads: Used for marketing measurement (Consent required).
c) Google reCAPTCHA: Used for spam protection (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

8. Accounting (DATEV & Payjoe)

To fulfill tax obligations, we transfer relevant data to our tax advisor. We use Payjoe (Netcom GmbH) to reconcile payments from PayPal, Amazon, and eBay with DATEV (Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR).

9. Third-Party Tools

a) YouTube: Videos are embedded in "enhanced privacy mode" (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR).
b) eKomi & Google Reviews: Used for customer feedback only if you have consented (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR).
