This water filter is a full-fledged direct filter.
Filtration in 2 Stages:
The activated carbon in the cartridge adsorbs all chemical components such as chlorine, pesticide residues, and other chemicals. As the second filtration stage, water is purified from the finest particles through a hollow fiber membrane, with a fineness of 0.1µ. At this filtration level, almost all germs, bacteria, and fine dust particles are removed from the water. This filter provides the highest security against potential contaminants in tap water.
The water filter not only enhances the taste of water and ice but also ensures optimal protection for your health.
The filter is designed as a set and is ready for immediate use. It can be easily connected to your existing corner valve (3/8"), and water can be dispensed directly using the supplied tap.
Alternatively, this filter is also ideal for use with side-by-side refrigerators with an external filter if you desire extra safety and water quality. The filter fits all stand-alone refrigerators (side-by-side) connected to the water supply with a 1/4-inch (approximately 6.35 mm) plastic hose and having an external water filter (e.g., models from LG, Samsung, Bosch, Miele, and many others).
